About the event
EACB is proud to open Nutcracker auditions to dancers is the East Alabama area! To audition, dancers must:
- Be 6 years old by auditions
- Be taking one ballet class per week.Â
To audition en pointe, dancers must:
- Be taking two ballet classes per week
- Have been en pointe for at least one year.
The cost to participate is $100 for the first dancer in each family and $75 for each additional dancer.
Rehearsals for the 2021 Nutcracker will be held on Saturdays and Sundays beginning September 25 (dancers will not be scheduled to rehearse every weekend).
